Resort Policy

Guarantee/Deposit: All reservations must be guaranteed to a major credit card: Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Discover Card. A Credit card is required at check in, Must be 21 years of age to register in a room.

No-Show/Cancellation: All cancellations must be processed at least 3 days prior to arrival date to avoid a one night penalty charge.

Alcohol is available In-Room, Room Service and in Casino Bars, outside alcohol or food is prohibited. Coolers, large containers and any outside alcohol or food are strictly prohibited.

Group Policy: All reservations of 10 rooms or more are considered group bookings, please contact our group department at 888-MORONGO for special group rates.

Pet Policy: We are sorry, Pets are not allowed.

Deluxe or Canyon Room Two Queen Beds: 4 Adults
Deluxe or Canyon One King Room: 2 Adults
Canyon View Suite: 2 Adults
Oasis Casita: 2 Adults
Extra Person Charges: Extra Person Charges are $25.00 USD per adult

Taxes: Occupancy Tax: 9%, flat per night
Resort Fee: $16.00 USD, flat per night
Resort fee includes: Valet Parking, In Room Coffee, Daily Newspaper Delivery, Use of the Fitness Room, Local and 800 Calls, Use of the Spa Facility(Sauna and Steam Rooms) and Pool area.
