Reservations
Reservations are necessary for all services and are subject to availability. Group reservations are subject to contracted agreement. Please call 1-877-SPA-SAGE (1-877-772-7243), for spa reservations.
Valuables
Valuables are to be placed in lockers issued to our clients. We suggest you refrain from bringing valuables with you to the spa, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Health
Health concerns should be brought to our attention when you call for a reservation.
Cancellation
Spa appointments must be canceled 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged a cancellation fee. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the service time will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. Any appointments canceled within 4 hours of service time will be charge the full treatment cost. Any changes made within 4 hours of appointment will be charges $50 fee.
Age
Spa guests must be at least 18 years of age. We welcome all ages in our hair & nail salon.
Arrive
Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled spa appointment to enjoy the spa facilities. Arriving late will limit the time of your treatment. As a courtesy to the next guest, your treatment will end at its scheduled time regardless of when you begin.
Pretreatment
Pretreatment is recommended. We suggest beginning your spa experience with soothing heat therapies, such as whirlpool, sauna or the steam room. For your comfort and safety, we require that you limit all heat participation to seven to 10 minutes, with a 10-minute cool-down period.
Spa Treatment Attire
It is customary to completely disrobe for your spa services, although you may wear undergarments if you prefer. Throughout the services your body will be professionally draped. At no time will you be fully exposed.
Smoking
Smoking is permitted in the outdoor patio area.
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are available. We’re happy to assist you in selecting the perfect personal gift.
Spa Etiquette
Cellular phone use is not permitted anywhere except in the reception area. Prior to entering the locker room and treatment rooms, all electronic devices should be silenced.
Spa Experience
To enhance your spa experience we provide a private locker, robe and sandals, as well as grooming amenities. We have separate women’s and men’s wet areas that include a steam room, sauna and whirlpool. For your enjoyment we also offer fresh fruit, assorted teas and bottled water.
Our fitness facility includes various cardio and strength equipment. We require our guests to use closed-toe shoes for workouts.
Communication
Communication is important in assisting to achieve deep relaxation. Before the service begins, tell you therapist the areas you would like to focus on and any areas you would like avoided. During your massage, let your therapist know if you feel any discomfort.
Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in the price of spa treatments. In appreciation of excellent service, please consider a gratuity. Ask the receptionist for a tip envelope.
Hours of Operation
Sage Spa hours are 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., Saturday and Sunday, including holidays. The fitness center is open 24 hours a day for hotel guests and the sauna, steamroom and lockers are available only during Sage Spa hours.
