We encourage you to make reservations in advance to ensure the preferred treatments or therapists are available. To schedule your appointment, please call 1-877-SPA-SAGE. If you have special requests, physical ailments, disabilities, allergies or if you are pregnant, please notify the receptionist at time of booking. This will prepare our staff to provide the best possible spa treatment for you. If you have a preference regarding the gender of your therapist, please let us know when making your reservation. We will make every effort to accommodate your request in order to create a comfortable, relaxing environment.

Reservations are necessary for all services and are subject to availability. Group reservations are subject to contracted agreement.

Cancellation Policy – Spa appointments must be cancelled 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged a cancellation fee. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the service time will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. Any appointments canceled within 4 hours of service time will be charge the full treatment cost. Any changes made within 4 hours of appointment will be charges $50 fee.

Hours of Operation – are 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., Saturday and Sunday, including holidays, for the spa; The fitness center is available 24 hours for hotel guests. The sauna, steamroom and lockers are available during Sage Spa hours.
