Spa Guidelines

Reservations – are necessary for all services and are subject to availability. Group reservations are subject to contracted agreement. Please call 1-877-SPA-SAGE (1-877-772-7243), for spa reservations.

Valuables – are to be placed in lockers issued to our clients. We suggest you refrain from bringing valuables with you to the spa.

Health – concerns should be brought to our attention when you call for a reservation.

Cancellation – Spa appointments must be cancelled 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged a cancellation fee. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the service time will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. Any appointments canceled within 4 hours of service time will be charge the full treatment cost. Any changes made within 4 hours of appointment will be charges $50 fee.

Age - you must be at least 18 to use the spa and fitness center facilities.

Arrive – at least 30 minutes in advance of your scheduled treatment, please. All therapies begin and end on time. Late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled treatment time.

Pretreatment – is recommended. We suggest beginning your spa experience with soothing heat therapies, such as whirlpool, sauna or the steam room. For your comfort and safety, we require that you limit all heat participation to seven to 10 minutes, with a 10-minute cool-down period.

Attire – will include a robe and slippers to wear between treatments. We will provide both. If you plan to use our whirlpools, please bring a bathing suit.

Smoking – is permitted in the outdoor patio area.

Gift Certificates – are available. We’re happy to assist you in selecting the perfect personal gift.

Spa Etiquette – includes no cell phones or pagers in the treatment rooms. To ensure the tranquility of every guest’s spa experience, we request that voices be kept as low as possible.

Gratuities – are not included in the price of spa treatments. In appreciation of excellent service, please consider a gratuity. Ask the receptionist for a tip envelope. Spa packages are subject to an 18 percent gratuity charge.


Hours of Operation – are 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., Saturday and Sunday, including holidays, for the spa; 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. for the salon; 24 hours for hotel guests at the fitness center, sauna, steamroom and lockers are available during Sage Spa hours.
