Al Comal

The Epicenter of Mexican Cuisine, the “comal” is a large upside down skillet, usually made out of steel on top of a live fire where families gather around and cook all kinds of culinary preparations, from tortillas and tacos, to pork and tamales. The “comal” serves not only as an old school traditional cooking tool but also as a focal point to bring people together. Al Comal will do just that, a central cooking station for traditional Mexican and South American dishes while bringing people together in our venue.
