Each day, enjoy our California-style salad and pasta bar, an assortment of Asian cuisine, carving and grill stations, wood-fired pizzas prepared as you like them and a mouth-watering dessert bar. The Potrero Canyon Buffet is located near the main cashier, just off the casino floor.
