Sukiru

In Japanese, the definition of SUKIRU is a skill, to do something well, the quality of being adequately or well qualified physically and intellectually, an ability that has been acquired by training. Our Pan Asian concept will feature several traditional and un-compromised preparations from all corners of the Pan Asian culinary map. From Korean BBQ to Chinese Dumplings to go, to Vietnamese Pho’s to Japanese rice dishes, a marriage and an “Omage” to strong Asian roots all with impeccable execution. SUKIRU will represent the traditional Pan Asian setting with all of the charm of the back alley markets in Fukushima, flickering neon lights, the classic neighborhoods that serve the best Asian food you’ve ever had.
