Request statements for the past four years instantly using our secure online portal.

Player Portal Login

1. If it's your first time using the portal, you must register your account first. 
2.
You'll need the following: 

  • Morongo Rewards Card number 
  • Morongo Rewards Card PIN 
  • Valid email address. 

Link your Morongo Rewards account.

You must have your Morongo Rewards Card PIN. If you don't remember your PIN, it may only be reset in person at Morongo Casino Resort & Spa with a valid photo ID.

If you know your Morongo Rewards Card number and PIN, select “Input Player ID” and enter in the spaces provided and click “Submit”.

If you know your Morongo Rewards Card PIN, but don't have the Card number, select “Lookup Player ID” and enter your name, driver's license #, date of birth, and PIN in the spaces provided and click “Submit.”

Your driver's license number must match the ID provided at the time of Morongo Rewards enrollment.

When Morongo Rewards account is linked successfully, you may select a year from the drop-down menu and click “Request” to load the year's Win-Loss Statement.

    • Email address (if applicable)

  3. Expect 5-10 business days for processing.
